Excellent points! If questions are raised regarding the use of e-mail I will point all this out as why I went about it in this way.
EVERYTHING is to be documented in writing. Basically, the owner ignores anything he is approached with if it is not.
Doesn't matter if its a repair order, employee complaint, suggestion or whatever, it MUST BE IN WRITING.
