Park ranger is all about working with the public, and geologist is mostly working with computers/remote sensing/etc now.

Interior plant (green) maintenance. I had this job once and it was a blast. The company gave me a small truck and I drove all over the city taking care of plants in the lobbies of banks, posh law offices, atriums of big buildings down town, etc. I was always on the move, I didn't have to interact with the public unless I felt like it, and it was fun making the plants grow and be beautiful. Do the job for a year or so and you'll have learned enough to strike out on your own.

i think ups driver is probably the best one out there. landscaper is also good but you'd have to interact with people to give them quotes and estimates to get the work.

i thought about personal trainer but you would have to interact with people for that job.
