I've been working in Retail Banking for the past 5 years (this December). I'm desperate to move on. A regional bank is interested in interviewing me for their Management Program, which will expose to all facets of banking, corporate, operations, commercial and the dreaded retail. I'm not interested in becoming rich, plus IB never appealed to me. I majored in marketing and graduated from college 3 years ago. Perhaps, I'd transition to this field, HR or risk and compliance, or operations. Just something that will allow me to live a comfortable middle class to upper-middle class lifestyle and good work life balance. Any suggestions?
