I saw this on some news show and read an article on it, too. Women pay her, as well. One person in the article said he could pay his shrink hundreds of dollars for an hour to get rid of his anxiety, or he could do this.

With so many people's faces buried in their phones, I can see people paying for this. In fact, here's an idea. Start a business where you have dinner with someone and actually look at them and converse. I can't tell you how many times I'm out with someone and notice couples at surrounding tables are on their phones and not even talking.
Not a bad little hustle but I see this as a huge liability for a company as I can pretty much gurantee one of your employees is going to wind up getting raped or getting into an uncomfortable situation they are not happy about. Also this kind of greys the area between prostitution and cuddling.
