All of it, like most professionals in cutting-edge IT: manage enterprise engagements, people, grow accounts, study and evangelize new offerings to improve customer experience. But, hey: that's private industry, I'm fiscally and performance-accountable. I'd only assume that the government and other civil servant, non-performance oriented work doing "nothing" would be 50-90% of the typical workday. Certainly the observation from peers in the University system and county government here in Seattle, anyway.
