Lot of women aspiring as a same pay as men and almost all of these noises and aspiration comes from people who are aspiring for executive, management and other high level positions. Is there a performance review whether they have been equal to co-workers whether it has been men or woman? But I hear no noise from women in the field of firefighter, police and other position that really require WORKing type. If woman wants to equal to woman, why there is no noise for not allowing woman for these types of position?
