FOOT NOTE: Blacking listing is against the law.....so I don't know where you got that from...Probably your union...
I'm not making this stuff up. If you don't believe me this is what some Texas nurses have posted on a nursing message board. They sure think it's blacklisting.
I'm not trying to hijack the thread with a Texas debate. My overall point is that pay and working conditions can vary widely state by state so, it's probably good to do a lot of local research in your particular area.
