What are some jobs that do not involve sitting at a desk all day, but pay well?

Medical professional, diesel mechanic, and a lot of "desk jobs" also involve a lot of moving around--meeting planner, hotel manager, and architect. Those three would be half at a desk and half on your feet moving around.

Truck driver doesn't pay well, nor do most pilot jobs these days.

Outside sales. You go from business to business selling them stuff they need - food, copy services, tools, office supplies, materials, etc.

Buy a mobile tool franchise, that is, if you know anything about anything mechanical.
