Tokyo especially the Odaiba area at night. I remember there used to be a giant Gundam structure over there. Akihabara also, due to the concentration of electronic shops. And the Shibuya-Shinjuku crossing. The flashing lights, electronic billboards and crowd.
Singapore at night looks and feels very modern & ultra stylish.

When a South Dakota farmer gets in his pickup truck, the doors all automatically lock after 15 seconds, to protect him from gangs of roving thugs when he drives through the ghetto. That's pretty well over the top in sci-fi. And his truck backs into a parking space by itself down at the co-op elevator. So, irelative to what the general population needs, Hampden, South Dakota is about as excessively sci-fi and futuristic as it gets.
Davy's list is so biased to the US.. Seattle, Houston, Dallas and Chicago don't appear very futuristic to me in the same way New York does.. unless they have their own versions of Times Square.. definitely not on the same level as Tokyo.
I don't think NYC seems that futuristic. Modern yes, but not futuristic. Because if NYC is really futuristic then I could consider dozens of other cities as well like Chicago, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Berlin, etc.
I have heard Tokyo feels extremely futuristic.
