So, within the next few decades, the Ultra-Orthodox and Arabs will constitute 50% of Israel's population.

Secular Jews are the stronghold of Israel and its economy and its military. With over half of its population not being secular Jewish - will Israel be able to survive?

Are there lots of Arabs living outside the two zones: Gaza, and West Bank? Those two ought to be considered there own countries.

But will the ultra orthodox take up arms, and play the political games?

80% of Israel is not Ultra Orthodox and not Arab. Your few decades is more close to a century if at all. This thread belongs in debate as it's dealing with hypothetical situations. BTW Palestinian Authority statistical analysis is not worth the paper it's written on.

No, that trend is destroying the country.

It should be more worrying for you the fact that surveys show that millennials in the US are mostly pro-Muslim and pro-Palestine. Meaning: the future politicians in the America will be anti-Israel.

Then again, losing friends in the US could mean Israel getting support elsewhere...countries like say Kenya and the Czech Republic are very much philosemitic. It may survive without America but with Africa and Eastern Europe.

Incorrect. Support has waned among the young, but it is still just about twice the rate of support for Palestine. The young are coming to their senses. They're not blind to Orlando and Nice. These types of events tend to extinguish youthful idealism and begin the adult process of dealing with reality. A small fraction of the idealists will blame the victims, but most are smart enough to see that their own way of life comes first.

It's inaccurate to put Israelis into the categories of "Ultra-Orthodox" "versus" "secular"... what do you mean by secular? What do you mean by ultra-Orthodox? What about the many permutations in between?
