Scandinavia, Iceland, Germany, Netherlands, UK, Ireland and some parts of the US. We know that these have had heavy immigration.
Is Dublin perhaps the last city standing that still has a majority population of White Anglos/Germanics? If not, what other city would you still say is "White"? Reykjavik in Iceland for sure, but it's small.
Dubliners are Celts, they are not anglos or germanic. The Irish have 600 years of fighting anglo oppression.
How dare you call an Irishman or an Irish City germanic or anglo! Thats an insult lad!

Dublin was founded by the Vikings. The Vikings lived in Ireland and raped the Irish for many hundreds of years. Hence I would consider them maybe 70% Celts and 30% Germanic.
So still part of the Germanics I think. Regardless of the Irish heritage, Dublin is still a germanic city and always will be.
Have only been to two of them so from that I can agree with Edinburgh. Glasgow somewhat, but it is considerably more "diverse" than Edinburgh. I saw quite a few black, indians and muslims in Glasgow. Not so much in Edinburgh.

I think you're overestimating the impact (to this point anyway) of immigration in many countries.
There are still many, many cities in Canada and Australia where Anglo-Germanic people are the majority of the population. They may not be 80-90% of the population, but they can be 50-70% for sure.
They are no longer the majority in cities like Toronto and Vancouver in Canada, but they are still a large chunk and make up ''pluralities" in both cities. Probably in the 35-40% range.

12% of Glasgow's population are from 'ethnic minorities' which means that 88% are not.
