The direction and actions of the government are the result of the collective majority group of turd burglars in office at a given time.

Same crap, just a different wrapper.

I like this picture.
He looks like a good-hearted person and always did to me ( unlike his wife. )
As for him being a president...
I think he did his best under the circumstances.

Losing popularity is extremely common. It happens everywhere, not just in America. Republicans weren't very popular back in 2008 either.

However, CCP never loses popularity. They are the best of the best, aren't they.

Let's see. Say, 200 countries, with an average term in office of 5 years, that's 2,000 contenders for the title. How many of those have you analyzed the performance of, to reach the conclusion that they were not as good as Obama?

How do you know there wasn't a president of ,say, Belgium, who had all the right stuff to be the greatest political leader of the modern era. But, by his nationality, he was disqualified from being president of any of the world powers. How would you know about him?

Opinions are usually oversold (especially in politics). Not a reason to nitpick the OP for not conducting a global survey of every national leader who existed in the past 50 years. Even then, being the methodology would involve his own opinion on what qualities merit being a "best" leader, it would still be an opinion.
