If you were in your mid twenties, relatively rich ($500k a year) and you could live anywhere in the world except the United States, where would you live?

I am looking for places like Monte Carlo, Geneva, Marbella, St Tropez etc. But these are pretty small towns.

Basically cities or towns made for the rich, with lots of pretty looking golddiggers and successful people.
