Are blonde people inclined to have a "superiority complex"? (high school, pool)

If a naturally blonde and blue eyed person were sitting in a crowd full of dark-haired people, he/she would obviously standout. The reception would definitely be positive - People would compliment the person and be like "wow, beautiful".
Now if we switched this scenario and have a dark haired, dark eyed person surrounded by natural blondes (like Scandinavians and such), would they be inclined to view him/her as inferior and say how unattractive or bland he/she looks?
People see blondes as beautiful because they're scarce. Now my main question is, would a dark haired person in a "blonde environment" be seen the SAME way we'd see a blonde in an all-dark haired setting? Or would the blondes have a "superiority complex" towards this situation?

Lol well....this is interesting.....
One of my daughters literally just got back from China today.....
She's a natural Swedish blonde w/ blue eyes....
I was concerned a few days ago & asked her if she's the only blonde--
she said yes, she was sticking out like a sore thumb.
So she decided to put her hair up in a hat & go incognito

See, you gave an explanation yourself. Blonds are scarce, there are the whole lot less of them in the world in the sea of "dark hair dark eyes" people of different versions. ( I mean be they Hispanic or Chinese or Indian it's all the same dark eyes dark hair combination.) If the world would have been full of blond people and dark-haired dark-eyed people would have been far and between, ( plus their pool would have been constantly shrinking,) you bet they'd be standing out in a crowd and regarded as some kind of a treasure.
They do if they are citizens of economically developed countries, and nearly all of them are.
Well but then this wouldn't be tied up exclusively to the "blondness" - would it?
Because this "sense of superiority" of being from economically-developed country exists ( if it exists that is) both in blonds and brown-haired people alike (I'm talking of people of European stock.)
Ironic when you pause to consider real redheads and strawberry blonds are far more scarce, yet they face discrimination in many parts of the world and have for most of history
Also, how come that there are so many blonde dumb jokes?
Hollywood built a stereotype of beauty surrounding blonde appeal.
The blonde standard of beauty is a mere reflection of the pop cultural obsession America has had for its coveted blonde blue-eyed princess in earlier Hollywood iconography. In early Hollywood years many blonde actresses were portrayed as dumb, mistreated, demeaned, and ridiculed. We mostly saw three types of blondes: the ice-cold blonde femme fatale, the blonde bombshell, and the dumb blonde.
However, the blonde myth serves as a constant discriminant. Blonde success thrives on difference among women and then devaluing that difference. Its said that they rely on their beauty as opposed to intellect.
Now, how superior is that?
When I ran track in high school and I wanted to find the blond haired kids I just looked behind me.
