Chile and Paraguay should not be on the list at all. Chile has fewer people of indigenous ancestry than the USA does. In Paraguay, there are very few people who cannot trace at least half their ancestry to Europeans.
Chile, no, but Paraguay has plenty of people of indigenous descent.
It makes you wonder why American Indians are not technologically advanced and affluent, as a whole, like East Asians are.
East Asians generally aren't affluent. The only affluent places/countries would be Japan, South Korea, and city-states Hong Kong and Singapore. And I guess Taiwan is arguably quasi-affluent.
Probably 80-90% of East Asians live in countries poorer on average than Mexico.

Taiwan has double the per capita GDP of Mexico, and even Malaysia is slightly ahead of Mexico, depending on the formula in use.

OK, but that's still hardly affluent. If Taiwan were a U.S. state it would be considered hopelessly poor. Even Japan isn't particularly affluent compared to the U.S., Australia, Canada, Switzerland, etc.
The point is that East Asia isn't affluent, for the most part. It's overwhelmingly poorer than even Mexico.
So ulta, how was that fun naked romp on the beach in Namibia earlier this year?
Amerindians and East Asians are the same race.
Lol!
