This is a crap index. If you have a lot of people, 1000 T-55 tanks, but 50,000 professional soldiers you have more "firepower" than a country with less people, 200 M1A2 tanks and 150,000 professional soldiers.

Also never trust a site which calls something "Scandanavia".

Yes, we can all see that from the page. What it doesn't take in consideration at all is the quality of the equipment. And what matters if you have 100,000,000 people if you have weapons for only 100,000 or 1,000,000?

Marry a brazilian man and enter the force, maybe you can counsel them better than the generals...

Thanks but no. I'm not gay. I also hold a reserve rank in my own armed forces, so I have no need for another one.

But maybe I should correct the thing that the Brazilian army doesn't have enough weapons. There's probably enough guns in the favelas to arm 10 million soldiers KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK

Are we actually debating who is a bigger military power Brazil or Australia? Brazil isn't even in top 20. They can't even keep peace in the streets never mind another country.

Kenya and Uganda are definitely not more influential than Argentina, Chile, New Zealand and Peru.

What about the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Norway?

The above 4 western countries all have territorial possessions there.
