In Europe, it's Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway and Switzerland. The best Western countries outside Europe are Australia and Canada.

does it change anything?

It basically says every country is the same, no point of comparing and analyzing. I am not sure how that helps anything.

Countries compete with the purpose of improving people's lives and knowing your weakness and strength helps them to compete more effectively. To say "every country has pros and cons, it is all personal preference and therefore are equally good" may sound harmless, but such kind of opinion is really meaningless.

The Nordic Countries have a poor quality of life despite its good economic status.

These Nordic countries are neither cheerful nor festive ,they have very bad weather. They do not have an historical artistic tradition ,their life expectancy is smaller than those of the South .Are very depressed with many suicides

The proof of the above is that the people of Nordic, dream of being able to retire to Spain,France and Italy
despite its good economic level and the french or italian Spaniard they do no want to go to those countries
to live except for work needs.

The conclusion is that the highest quality of life in the World is indubitably in France Spain and Italy.-

Lol, you're completely deluded. Climate, good food or pretty landscapes are not the only things that a human being needs to be happy. As much as I like Southern Europe and acknowledge that there is a strong disdain towards Southern European nations, one has to admit that things work much more efficiently and people have much less to worry about in Northern than Southern Europe.

Absolutely! The Nordics aren't even in the competition, due to the weather. Also, individual taxation is much lower in Switzerland.

The suicide rate in France is higher than in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.

France: 12.3
Sweden: 11.1
Norway: 9.1
Denmark: 8.8
Spain: 5.1
Italy: 4.7

I guess life is pretty gloomy in France despite the better climate?

People who despise the Southern Countries the Creators of the majority of Western civilization are barbarians and their opinions, has not the less interest .-

If these 3 countries did not have an Economy of health transport and Culture and Sciencie of the First level could be said that affects the quality of life.-

But luckily it is not like this.-

Only 2 examples .

The 2 millions of English citizens, who they live in Spain they every day prefer Spanish hospitals because are better that English hospitals ,-

And the high speed trains of these 3 countries are much better than the of the Nordic countries
and so we could say , many more things of character technical .-
