Quality of life I think is related mainly to the following ;
1)Level Rent or money Per Capita.-
2)The Hope of life
3)High Security.Less Crime .-
4)Better free general medicine
5)Low numbers of depressions in people
6) Good weather.-
7)Very good gastronomy
8)Very good atmosphere joy and festive.
9)Very good habitat of cultural and artistic
10)Very good Nature Mountains and beaches ,etc.-
11)Very good habitat of social sympathy
12)Very good level of transport and comunications .-
13)Facility for to practice Sport.--

If some thing of the quality of life is missing,you can incorporate it and adding the score of 0 to 10
points in every thing and can give us ,your Ranking.-

Compare Finland with USA, France, Germany and Russia? Which is better in what country compared to here?
Ok, in Russia everything is worse. In France food and culture is better than here, in the US work-life balance is worse but nature, climate and the attitude towards disappointments is better, and in Germany transportation and the economy is better. And of course, war is never fun, but with Germany it gets quite a bit more enjoyable.
The life expectancy in Spain is the 2nd in Europe after Switzerland.

1)Very good Personal income but perhaps too unequal .-8 points,.-
2)Life expectancy below the countries of Europe and with good medicine for a minority and bad for the generality of the population .-4 points.-
3)Just Knowing that there are many more prisoners in jail that in the European Countries.
