How to write THE book ? (quote, suggestions)

Hi
Since age 14, i was encouraged by my students to "Write a book, really we want you to". ok.

At that time I was sharing three subjects: (How to enjoy relating with God, & Healthy eating, & kinda Altruism).
Now, who's gonna want to read... about these 3 subjects, from a teeny-bopper They did.
However, I had two big challenges:
--> THE book was written eons ago. And there's no way I can do better.
&
--> English was my 4th. language, that ... (in the interim, I sorta learned a few words).
Added two more languages since. (even as I remain dumber than dumb re "computers")
One year passed after another. -

So of the various subjects I have valuable things to share about, they are ALL equally vital...
and
I am passionately entranced in over 4 *simultaneous* LIFE-time projects, in but one mortality.
Honestly, just on my questions, & Research alone, I could fill-up 8 eternities

If my challenges have already been posted about here, Please excuse this. Thank you for constructive suggestions.

PS: When I do write, I write like books are generally written, you know the black & white squiggles on a uniformly-sized page.
...... Page after page with some graphs, & pictures, & lots of answered questions, & so forth, & so on.

Why do I write differently in forums?, or even worse Private emails? - Well, you see the COLOR-box,
lol - Obviously it was created to be used, and then there's emoticons, & *stars*, and I just love having fun... so I do.

Well, when children are allowed, & encouraged... to use the 46+ abilities each baby is born with,
everyone would fit this 'precocious' description, so really this would be the Norm.
(Not some obscure exception)
