I’ll keep it short. I cheated myself in school now I am in college and I am paying for it. I did most of my English writing required using the internet, or summer school to pass those courses. The good thing I did was math I know up to trigonometry very well. I did put in long hours since high school to pass and learn math. Now I am in college and my reading and my writing are my weaknesses. Any tips on how I can improve my reading and writing skills? I was thinking to start by reading all the books I was suppose to read in high school. I got some time to catch but these college book material is a little difficult for me. Thanks.
At this point, finding someone to tutor you, one on one, is going to be the fastest and most effective ways of catching up. If a sentence is like an equation, the order of operation and proper use of the clauses and parentheticals are just as important in one as the other.
You have gaps in your knowledge, and trying to come up to speed on your own will have you wasting time reviewing what you already know.
