Beautiful picture Jody. I grew up in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Our place was 18 miles West of Rapid City and we were surrounded by lots of hills and lots of trees. Somewhere, I have pictures of snow 14.5 inches tall on top of the wire on the fence. Didn't happen often, but it did happen.

Brr Jody. That looks cold. I'm in southwest New Mexico with wind gusts up to 4o mph, but the temp today is 80 degrees. When I get a picture of the wind, I'll send it.

we have a low moving thru today wind been arounf 13mph with gust 24-40 . have had rain, sunshine and snow with it. But it blow thru and well be calm while the rest of the astate will have wind

the AM here was calm with a fog cover down to the ground ... but as that cleared, the winds moved in and we've been hit with 40-50 mph gusts through the day. Sure makes it unpleasant outside, even though the sun is bright and it's clear skies.
