There is a new loan that just became available in Wyoming for anyone employed by schools, law enforcement, public service people. Unfortunately, we make too much money to qualify (which I guess is a good problem to have), but a lot of people may qualify as I think the income cutoff for a 1-2 person household is in the $70K's. The loan interest is 2 1/2% for the first 4 years and will never go above 4 1/2%. If you fit into this category be sure to go to your bank ASAP. There is just a certain amount of money available and it will go quickly. You don't have to be a first time homeowner to qualify. Even though we can't get the deal I wanted to share this with my City-Data friends as it's an awesome loan! Best wishes to you all!
