Hi,

We may possibly be transferring to the Fort Mill area by years end. I've been looking at houses on line. I would like a neighborhood with a pool for the kiddos and options for wooded lots for a little privacy, basement (not a must, but would like) and 3 car garage (up to $350K price range). New constructions or existing is fine. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Knightsbridge has many wooded lots, a neighborhood pool and some houses with basements. We're really happy here! Houses range from around 5-12 years old.

Lake Ridge in Tega cay. The olympic-sized pool has a water slide, plus there's a toddler's pool with water features. Extremely clean. Lifeguards were on duty all summer, now I think it's just weekends. There's also tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground and a workout gym with really nice equipment. Houses range from 220K to 400K.

Have friends with young children who live in Mill Creek Falls. It's in the Lake Wylie area and they really like it.

I live in Knightsbridge as well. I can back up what FMB is saying, it's great here! The pool is nice, the houses are all well maintained and I feel we have a great community feel.

Waterstone is a really nice sub too, and there are a few lots that back up to woods.
