It's a very nice neighborhood with plenty of amenities. We have lived there for nearly three years now and love it. The pool is very nice and there are many activities planned throughout the year for adults and kids. The only drawback I can think of is how close together some of the houses are. Sometimes you feel like your neighbors are right on top of you.

Almost bought a house in this neighborhood. It is beautiful. Schools were a concern. Also, at the time we were looking there were alot of foreclosures in the neighborhood. It spooked us too much. We choose Fort Mill instead. SC schools are generally weak compared to Northern states where school taxes are much higher.

We've lived in Bridgemill for 3 years and love it. Tons of family activities, great pool and clubhouse. It's a good mix of 30 something year old families and some slightly older families in the custom homes. My kids still have another year until school, but all the feedback I've got from others in the neighborhood has been very positive. Let me know if you have any more questions, will be happy to answer.
