Can't seem to find any reviews for this apartment complex in Rock Hill. Looks very nice/new from the website and street views. How is the safety/noise there? Also, how long are the lease terms?

I know the area very well. You should be able to get DirectTV, but make sure the apartment you get can pickup the signal based on the installation restrictions of management. ALL apartments have their problems, mostly domestic issues. It is a big place. I have been told the noise on 2nd and 1st floor units can be loud, depending on who is above you. You might consider the 3rd floor if you want quiet. We get a lot of ambulances in the area due to the hospital. Definately one of the better apartment complexes to live at in Rock Hill.

Thanks for your response... We are currently living in Mallard Pointe, and want out, and were just exploring our options. We definitely would want a top-floor apartment, like we have now, for that reason! It's a shame that apartments, no matter how good/bad, have their problems, guess it's unavoidable...
