I live in Lexington Commons and yes they are doing something there, but no word yet on what that will be. Its on the road that leads into Lexington Commons at the very end. They are building on what used to be an area that people used to go fourwheeling and mudslinging. That could be why they are working back there, just to keep people from doing that kind of thing.

I'm sure you'll enjoy the traffic on the 198, the 190, the 290, and NFB at the 290, Sherdian Dr at NF Blvd (may as well take a nap trying to get thru that intersection), the bridges getting on Grand Island if you need to go to NF. Have fun shovelling and snowblowing. Enjoy the pothole laden roads and the rust on your vehicle, rusted break and gas lines, dead alternators when it's ten below zero, etc. I can spell fine; typing is the issue. You are the epitome of WNY. If you or your spouse were a halfway decent re agent, you'd be gone by now instead of complaining.

I haven't lived there in over 20 years. Hey, they at least are the only city to bea Buffalo as being the poorest in the country. What a great re agent you are. One of the top 3 re markets in the country and you can't sell your own house.

Enjoy all the wonderful sunshine in this forecast:

10 Day Weather Forecast for Buffalo, NY (14207) - weather.com

Oh wait, there isn't any for ten days! What a surprise. High temperature of 18 degrees. No wonder people like you are miserable.

BTW, the overall crime rate is higher in Buffalo than Charlotte.
at 725 to 691.
