My wife and I (and 2 kids) may be relocating due to a new job in Charlotte. We have seen a lot of nice things about living in SC (taxes, prices, quality of life). One question I have is how does the 2 state tax work? I believe I was something about SC rebating taxes???

Also, I just started seeing mention of a power plant?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Many Thanks!
