I couldn't afford them at full price and I can't afford them now. I am in no way associated with builder, website, neighborhoods (there are more than one), etc...I saw the add in the local paper. I always said if I wanted higher appreciation I would have moved to Baxter or Bridge Mill.

Those homes look like the cedars. We looked at a couple of those over a year ago. We moved from Lexington, SC in Jan 2007. We ended up in Baxter. I cannot believe the builder has been stuck with those for this long.

We looked at the Trinity Ridge homes back in Sept and actually offered the builder 10% below his ask on the 3rd house in your link. He declined to even negotiate. I wonder if he's thinking that he should've just accepted and thanked his luck.

If you go back there now I guarantee he'll change his mind. My wife works for a major builder. They always have the chance to negotiate. Hope this helps.
