Anybody know anything about this development? It has a Fort Mill address but I understand the schools would be Indianland. Is it in a nice area? etc?
TIA

I was not fond of it, If I am correct isnt' this the one that sits behind the Auto Bell car wash? the pool looks like a hotel pool? homes are just inexpensive enough to lure people but it just doesn't have that cozy feeling...

Indian Land has a great school system. Half of my family has moved to S.C. and I have two brothers with small children who live in this community. They love the homes they have purchased and rave about the school system. Nice neighbors also!

Default brookchase.......

Worse place to live, lived here for several years until I sold my house for what I almost paid. Noisy due to cement plant right behind community. (Which the developer promised us that the plant would not happen). Had to deal with a sewer smell every spring and summer. They do have Pool if you can call it that. The association really does not help much when you have complaints. The houses are right on top of each other to the point your neighbors will see you through your windows. Most importantly if you have kids there really is not a lot of backyard space. Would think twice before moving there. Plus with the amount of foreclosed homes your property value will certainly decrease...as mine did. Glad I got out before I went negative
