I'm a young medical professional relocating to Fort Mill, SC with my fiance and teen. My credit is in repair right now with a 2010 eviction showing on one of the credit bureas as pending (I actually was never evicted, which is probably why it's pending.), high income, 3 landlord reference letters. Also, eviction probably pending because the credit repair company is fighting to remove it. My fiance has good credit, no evictions and income is SSD. Basically, we're looking for a minimum 2 BEDROOM/2 BATHROOM home, apartment, condo etc... Max budget is $1200, prefer to stay under $900 with minimum 900 sq ft. We want to save to eventually buy a home once lease is up. I was told to search Fort Mill, Rock Hill and Indian Land. Seeking a short commute to 29708. The closer the better! Our teen is home-schooled, so school districts are no concern. DOES ANYONE KNOW ANY MONTH TO MONTH HOUSING? CAN YOU RECOMMEND PROPERTIES THAT ARE NOT STRICT IN APPROVAL, OR WILL RENT TO YOU IF DENIED BY CREDIT, BUT REQUIRE HIGHER DEPOSIT? We can live with these options if that's what it takes. ALL INFORMATION ABOUT RELOCATING TO FORT MILL ACCEPTED. Information about income based homes are to be delighted as well. Thanks in advance for all responses! PLEASE NO SCAMS!
Try Gable Oaks Apartments in Rock Hill. Right near 77, and may not be as strict about credit. When we lived there upon moving to SC, they allowed us to do a 3-month short-term rental, so they may allow month-to-month as well.
Thanks Girl...I will try contacting them again, as I was unsuccessful in reaching anyone.
