Handy Man Recommendation Fort Mill Area (Central: remodeling, rain, central)

We have an issue with a leak when it rains. I really would like to find someone who could come and look and see if they can figure out the issue, but we've been unlucky at getting someone to do that. Does anyone have a recommendation for the fort mill area?

Ken Larson from Carowoods does an excellent job. He calls back, shows up on time and comes as fast as he can. He fixed a leak for us and came twice (even on a Sunday morning at no extra cost!!). Very honest and reliable.
