Fort Mill school district voters give overwhelming 'yes' to bond packages

FORT MILL — Fort Mill school district voters overwhelmingly approved two bond packages today totaling nearly $96 million, according to unofficial results

Thanks everyone. When we moved here we lived in an apartment, so that address was still in use. Had to go to the other side of town this time...

We voted and we were so thrilled to hear it passed! I was really impressed with the outpouring of support between the signs on cars and in the yards and the kids with signs over the last couple of months, it really shows how seriously the community takes education. What a great thing!

Question #1 passed with 81% support. Question #2 passed with 76% support.

It's great to see the strong community support. This is why we moved to Fort Mill from Huntersville.
