I love that neighborhood,I find it very charming. I believe there is a daycare/preschool right in Baxter. Here is the link Home (Field of Dreams nurture and Education Center)It states they are in the town center in Baxter. It also lists their prices on the site ($182.00 a week full time)as well and a description of their programs including a 4 year old program. It doesn't appear they have a part time program for 4 year olds, but they may if you call.

I wrote this in another post, but we LOVE the preschool program at Leroy Springs Recreational Center.
Kids do swimming lessons once a week, the teachers are great and actually enjoy teaching, and my daughter just got a 15/15 on the kindergarten mastery prescreening!
Cost varies by age and whether or not you are a member of the complex... Right now, we pay $198/month and for the 4yo class 5 days a week.
