They just bought the land at 21 and Flint Hill Road, near Regent Park.

I had heard that about a year ago that it was in the process. I wonder why they would make one so close to the one on the other side of town?

How many does one county need? We're supposedly getting on in Lake Wylie. I did some research and stumbled on their mission for new stores... one every 15 miles. YIPES!

15 miles? Are they nuts? (I heard that Target was coming too, but then someone told me they weren't.)

Walmart and Lowes will be building at 274 & 49 across from the BiLo. I guess it was inevitable that commercial real estate would be coming to the area as the residential growth rate has increased so much.

There is at least one Walmart in the planning stages for Indian Land too. Boycott Walmart and their support of the Chinese government and boycott ExxonMobil too.

If they bought 100 acres then they must have bought the trailor park in that area also. If so, Could they make the trailor owners move? I would rather have a Walmart than a trailor park.
