Looking for a single family 2500+ square foot home in the 400-450K range in an established sub-division were houses are 15-20 years old with mature landscaping. Ardrey Acres looks like a candidate but interested in others. Thanks.

Lynwood Farms off Doby's Bridge is really nice.
The only thing I would consider is that with older subdivisions you may not have a community pool or amenities.
I'm not aware of many either -- I would think there are older neighborhoods in Tega Cay as well.

Reserve at Gold Hill would fit the bill.

Baxter. Its right at the limits of your size and budget. Its not for everyone as am sure someone will soon comment, but it is probably the most sought out neighborhood.

Take a look at Whiteville Park in Fort Mill. You can easily walk to downtown from this neighborhood. It has mature trees. People are buying homes in this area and dropping $$$ into enlarging/modernizing them. Great schools too.

Waterstone has some houses on the higher end that fit the bill. The sub was built around 2004.
