$2.83 increase in the station fee
which raised the franchise fee and tax. We now pay $173.93 for decent internet and cable basic plus. Horrendous over pricing.
Now on their website when we try to look at plans, you have to call a number. As if, over the phone they have the liberty to give certain bundles and varying cost to anyone they desire. You might get offered bundle #1 for $135 and the next guy is offered the same thing for $140. Phone call required to get plans is very curious. Also when we tried to look over plans last week it wanted us to give them our address. This sounds like they can take the address we give and immediately on their end know "what" plans we already have and only suggest "upgrades." Scam.

Looking at her bill, it specifically says the bundle for Cable/Internet is no longer offered. It might be offered for new customers though.
I find it amazing that with more and more people ditching cable, Comporium just doesn't care about trying to retain their current base and get new customers. I feel like at this point, they are just abusing the older customers they have and their business clients.
