Maid/Cleaning Service (Fort Mill: house, price, discount)

Can anyone recommend someone they like? I've called Molly Maids and they said around $150. That seems alot for our place. It's not that big...it's got 2 small bedrooms and 1 large master, 2 baths and a family room oh and the kitchen. Maid Brigade and Merry Maids both say they don't have service in Fort Mill....In-laws are coming into town and we've recently taking in a rescue dog along with our 2 pups...it's chaos and a big dirty mess...I need help! Thanks to anyone who can give me any suggestions!

Do you need all the rooms cleaned? I gues maybe so, if relatives are coming. But I only have 1/2 my house cleaned on a regular basis 'cause I shut off the rooms I don't use. Maybe you could eliminate some of the rooms to lower the price? Or just consider it a Spring Cleaning and have them come once. Don't tell them it's a spring cleaning 'cause they charge more for that!

We used Molly Maids for our home yesterday. Of all the services we called they were the ones that would accommodate our schedule. We wanted to be home for the first cleaning. The cost is $75 per hour and I believe the said a 2 hour minimum, however, we had them clean all base boards, window sills, and other wood work so they were here for 4 hours. I must say they did a very good job. We will have them come back every 2 weeks now as it takes a lot to impress my wife and she too said it was a very detail oriented crew that really did a great job. Only the first visit is an hourly rate. After that there are set rates based on what you want done and how often.

We use A & G Cleaning service, they are a family owned and operated business
and much less than Molly Maids. They do excellent work. You can always call and ask for a free estimate, I believe their is no minimums, like other services. Their number is 803-322-5942. Greg is the owner.

We use Carolina Maids - they've been good so far.. they also have a monthly special with a 10% discount if you use their service on a weekday.
