My husband and I bought a home in Fort Mill almost a year ago. We noticed this past weekend that a portion of the front yard is sinking a little. It is starting to separate from the driveway, which worries me. I don't want our driveway to crack in the section that no longer has ground directly beneath it. Who do I call to have this looked at? The house is 6 years old.

I don't know about getting recompensed, but a gardening/soil type company can add soil under the driveway and next to it.
