Tax Comparison in Ft. Mill and Clover (Fort Mill: school, calculated)

Does anyone know the difference in property tax between Ft. Mill and Clover?? We are looking at both areas. I believe the tax in Clover is .3771, but do not know about Ft. Mill. (Can't seem to find it on the internet).

I thought Ft. Mill was the place for us, but the more I look into it, I am starting to think that Clover is a bit less crowded and might be better in the long run. Tough decision....

The Fort Mill tax is currently set at 0.3661 (including school tax). SC Tax is calculated differently though. What you do is take the tax value times 4% times the mil rate which in this case is 0.3661. When the new tax law goes into effect the school tax will be removed and the total will be substaintially less.
