We are in a funny situation where the oppurtunity has come to choose between these 2 subdivisions any pros and cons versus the two would be greatly appreciated.
I would pay attention to the elementary schools if that is something important to you. Clover Meadows is Griggs Rd and Irish Downs is Kinard. Do you research and make the call that is best for you.

I have a friend who lives in Clover Meadows and loves it. That's all I know.
We are going with Clover Meadows.. That school thing changed our minds...
Thanks

Congrats on making your decision and moving to Clover...you've made a good choice! However, I must say that unless something has gone terribly wrong at the elementary school level, you really can't make a bad decision as far as schools go (though I will say that I love to drive through Clover Meadows...it's nice to see Clover growing as it is). The only difference between Kinard and Griggs Rd. would probably be the demographics, but the quality of education is just as great at both schools. I went to Kinard as a child and received excellent preparation for middle school and beyond. Clover Schools prepared me well for college. I guess I am making this a point for anyone looking into any of the schools. You can't really lose regardless as long as you live in Clover School District
I don't think there are amenities. I could be wrong but I don't see anything about neighborhood park, trails or a pool. Just going by the website information.
I live in Clover and have watched as CP Morgan began building a few different communities. They built Irish Downs, Clover Meadows, and Oaks at Clover. It seems True Homes has began building among these communities as well but I don't think CP Morgan pulled out of any of them. At least not yet, but with the housing market at an all time low, you just never know!
