My Son wanted to know how to 'can'. Its an age old tradition where you put up 'stock' for Winter, be it canning foods or salting them.

Ive made it back to the YMCA, and finally on a routine schedule again. I finally worked myself back up to 1,000 crunches, but, only using 50 pounds of weights, instead of the 90 pounds I was using before I got sick a few months ago.
