We close on our home Monday evening and I will be so glad when all of this is over. We have all but three book cases packed and we have already discovered how difficult it is to live out of boxes. Something we have forgotten how to do over the last 5 years.

It is not easy to find one pair of underwear when you are Mr. CSD and the clothes you took with you when you traveled are still in your vehicle that is not in the same geographic location as you are. We took care of everything...

Usually I am in bed asleep however this morning I am sitting here writing the blog. I did not sleep well again which is not unusual and I've been up for a couple hours now.

I took a shower at 3:00am, fixed coffee at 3:15am and looked at those dishes that need to be washed, dried and packed at 3:30am. Then I grabbed my fresh cup of coffee, shut off the kitchen light and came to my desk to sit down and play a few games on POGO.

I do not think there are actual words to describe how I have been feeling the last couple of days since the offer was accepted for the home we are going to move into in 3 weeks.

It is a combination of shock, joy, sadness, surreal and total disbelief that this has happened. There are other feelings mixed in there as well but I am unsure how to describe them in words.

Feelings have been about other areas of my life as well and I am not sure how to deal with those feelings...

That they have done something to hurt your feelings or upset you it is very hard for them to try and make things right.

That is all I will say about that and if anyone who reads this understands then you know what to do.

Otherwise, we bought a house, actually technically our offer was accepted for a home and all we have to do is get the paperwork signed, write the check and get the keys.

Then we can get moved, unpacked, settled in and be in our new home...

Not that it is a life changing event or anything but it was generous of the giver to include me.

My neighbors had Mr. Neighbors family reunion last weekend and Mrs. Neighbors family reunion this weekend.

I was invited to both, I attended both, I helped clean up both and today I got a new baseball style cap; last weekend I got an ice scraper for my vehicle.

Mrs. Neighbor is quite possibly the most organized, formal, beautiful table setting woman I know....
