This blog is basically to chart my progress in trying to lose weight...
This is a Record of my daily events including my family when appropriate for my other family members to see if they choose to.
This is my legacy, for my family to read after I am dead and burried. So, any thing on here is meant for them only and if it offends anyone, my apologies, but, its not meant for you and them
Chow for now...
May the LORD Bless all who see this.
I wish you well...

Physical Trainer

OK, my first session with the Physical Trainer Lisa. (She gave us our money back, since she was going to 'chat' with us the first time, and that I wouldnt be working out that much).
She told me that I have to curb my appetite, (surprise!!) Yeaaaaa Right! When I get done with exercise, I am hungry as a bear, just waking up from hibernation!!
So, she gets to chatting and tossing out ideas, about what I should eat and not eat, (no fruit drinks, high in sugar, duh), and that protein would curb my appetite. (yea, toss me a raw steak when I get done, eh? ROTFLOL...)
Then, the exercises.
Now, I have been doing 'all' the machines, every time I get there, each and every time!
She, on the other hand, wants me to only do SIX! uhhhhhh..... Geee, that cuts my workout by about two hours!
Thirty minutes on the recumbant bike, and thirty minutes between six machines! Yeaaa? Well, maybe it will cut me down on my pain meds then, so I can back off of them. The Pain Center would be happy to hear about that one
I gotta do one second of 'lifting' the machine, (pushing it up or out, what ever the mechanics of it, happens to be), then, slowly bring it back to starting position, using two seconds in which to do that.
twelve reps, three sets of each, on each machine. Then I go home.
Just wondering what Im going to do with the rest of my day LOL...used to spending so much time at the gym, and winding down with five hours of snooze time from the vicodin withdrawl. Recon I wont be sleeping so much, with less medication, so my Wife can have me help her with slicing and dicing all the veggies for supper I will be eating, or some other innoculous thing around the home front.
So, after all these years, I find I have been doing it all wrong, and I have to pay someone twenty bucks and hour, in order for me to get it 'right' hmmm.....
Wonder what else Im doing wrong in my life LOL... if Im going to go broke with a trainer for that, I may as well go broke all the way and learn things I havent thought of all these 57 years, sheesh
Time for me to get back to my game and just forgettabout the whole kit and kaboodle LOL
I wish you well...
