Uptown and Downtown. There is no difference

Exactly, there’s acres of parking lots in Downtown. Some in areas without an significant structures. But yet they think we still need more. The way people think that’s normal is crazy to me. We aspire to be world class but we’re totally missing what makes a city world class. It isn’t catering every single thing to the car. Some people are so spoiled and lazy to literally walk across the street. Some people throw a fit, if they can’t park their big ass Tahoe in Downtown, next to their destination. It’s amazing the complaints that I hear in real life...
There is no world class when your city is a heat island. Dallas needs more trees and native vegetation. Not more concrete and dead grass.
