Welcome To Case's Column

Let me say a big welcome to all of you for joining me here. I'm going to call these blog meetings Case's Column. I wanted to use "Corner", but that was already taken. Since 2008, it's been a real privilege to come on here and share some of my life with you, and it's a big world where we live.

In these blogs, I'll just speak whatever is on my mind, but we will be playing within the rules here. I may pick a particular topic, point out an event, or shoot the breeze. I'm a little bit of an essayist at times, so I'll just speak what's on my mind, and I might tell a story or two. Or, I might spew out an opinion or three. There will be some serious moments, some tender, some poignant, but there will also be those moments that you'll just bust out laughing. But, hopefully, everything will be in good fun here. And, of course, there's a place below for your comments and thoughts as we go along here. So feel free to join me for the ride -- I sure as heck hope I'm doing this right and not making any mistakes.

Thanks for taking your time in reading Case's Column. Hopefully, you'll enjoy being entertained by it as much as I've enjoyed putting these writings together. And thanks for the time you spend in City-Data.com, where it's great to be alive!

Regards,

If There's Anything We've Learned Lately, It's That Communists Are Not Our Friends

Why do people have the gall to do bad things to other people? This COVID-19 outbreak made a lot of folks --- including yours truly --- wonder what the real motive with China was?

The impression I got wasn't that big of a surprise, but it was bad enough. China's government is the problem with that country. It's run by communists. They do, basically, what I've said from the beginning about the left, and that is, they want to control and destroy you. In their case, it's the absence of privatism and the social classes and the incorporation of public ownership. China's government lusts after a one-world power, and I think their recent motivation stems from America's newfound economic successes, plus the breakup of the European Union. The communist government in China held back on informing people that their country has a virus going on. They banned only flights within their country but not the ones going out of there and going internationally. When the cat was out of the bag, that's when they told everyone, and it was too late.

And you know the rest of the story.

America will come back and come back strong. If this country can survive some chap named Obama and the way he run my nation down, then we can survive COVID-19. And we've got President Donald J. Trump on our side. That's the advantage we have. He is with us.

There's no way that I could stomach the idea of anyone voicing support for communism. A one-world government is not what anybody desires. So, in the ensuing months of this dreadful pandemic, China's communists were all looking for excuses and trying to pin blame on others for starting it. They think they've won their endgame.

B.S. Capital B, capital S.

Whatever their motives were, they backfired. They got the entire world down, but the other countries are seeing a conservative resurgence much like what we are experiencing here in the U.S. Chinese communists might actually be making things worse for their country instead of what they thought was better. And all they ever do is lie because they don't want to hold themselves accountable for anything.

What did we learn today? It's this:

Communists are not your friends. They're not. To commit bioterrorism against any country, enemy or no, is only going to cause more problems for you. The Chinese government can just take that pointing finger and aim it right back at themselves. They're not our friends. Rather, they've likely made even more enemies in a failed attempt to accomplish something that just won't happen.

Here's Dr Steve Turley bringing some good news. If China really wanted to destroy America, then they'll find their disappointment when this pandemic has shown to have red-pilled so many people.

If there's anyone who I feel very sorry for, it's high school seniors across the country in states that still haven't opened up yet (because of state and local politicians who think like communists). These kids are being denied a graduation commencement exercise at their local school because big government would rather side with China instead of our great President Trump. That's what this has all been about. At any rate, Communist China, I'm sure, is rejoicing over the misery that these kids don't deserve to have. Communists are not our friends.

By the way, I'll be writing something shortly on the Class of 2020. Stay tuned.
