Now is the time to reason

As I research more and more into civil rights abuses experienced by Native Americans both here and in Canada, the sadder I get. One would think that in this enlightened day and age, there would be less racism, less greed, but this is not so. Perhaps we have not evolved as fully as I had thought. When it comes down to unfulfilled treaties and monetary repayment, greed is always the deciding factor. It's not a matter of who was here first or you owe us. It is a matter of broken promises of a government. Broken government contracts. What would any of us do if someone broke a contract to us? We would take it to court and make sure the promise was fulfilled or we were compensated for our losses. Are treaties any different? Native Americans were given promises for centuries and not one fulfilled. It is only now that we grow tired and demand the contracts be honored and we are compensated for our losses. How long would you wait? Centuries? We have shown even greater patience than you. The United Nations has found the U.S. and Canada guilty of denying basic human rights to Natives. And these countries have ignored it. How exactly do you make compensations for millions of acres of land stolen, billions of dollars lost and unaccounted for, millions of lives lost? Think before you speak. Speak from your heart as the reasonably intelligent beings that you are. Do not fall into the ignorant lies this administration and so many others before it have told you. Many Americans are ignorant. I say this not to demean you, but to state the fact that many Americans do not know the truth because they do not research the facts. Instead they blindly believe what is told to them. Step aside from the fold and reason for yourselves. Be ignorant of the facts no longer.

The ancestors will soon remedy the problem you state. The earth today is out of balance to a degree that the ancestors cannot no longer tolerate so mother nature will once more intervene. And those who walk the sacred path of life will stay and those who believe in such lies as history, religion and human control will go to the next world for salvation.
