So funding is $1 per capita per year for Texas residents? Actually, it was cut to $19.5MM effective this year. If you told me $25MM just from Austin then I would be more concerned but M/SP is spending way too much money on all of those facilities given its size. D/FW is twice the size of M/SP with equal number of teams and more wealth to support them. Atlanta, Houston, L.A. NYC, S.F., Miami metro are ALL bigger as well. I can see why former Governor Ventura said no.

    smokers do not have any respect to them selves as well as any body around them. they take peoples rights from breathing fresh air, they smell, just like a cigarette, you stand inline, just want to leave until they are gone, second smoke, is bad, smokers while driving stick there smelly cigarette out the window, thinking they look cool, not they look dumb, and don't care which way the wind is blowing
    motorcyclist have to suffer, walker, biker,non smokers we all suffer, for someone elses bad habits, there not held
    accountable for the damage left behide and they should be, there should be miles lines of law suits on smokers
    non smoker spend money for there things to look nice in there homes and cars, smoker moves in it all filled with
    second hand smoke, land lord excuse is we are a smoking community, well make it a non-smoking community they don't tell you that when you
    sign your lease, they do not protect non-smokers, they give smoker more rights, and leave there butt everywhere including the smell, this is a multi family apartment complex there should not be any smoking allowed, it should be smokefree for all apartments a business, parks, gas stations, publics areas vehicle with kids, arms should be in your vehicle with your cigarette and window rolled up, where are the laws, I have been a victim of smokers have or you know someone who has, speak up San Antonio Texas apartment communities

    smoke free apartments

    All apartments should be smokefree
    no exceptions, you own your house do what
    you want, multifamily apartments, rent homes
    public, area, groceries stores, walgreens, walmart, target, food places, fast foods
    bus stops, cabs, public servants, should not
    be smoking and handling foods, the cigarette
    smell is in there skin, transferr into someones
    food, glass etc.. its bad enough when a dr. that
    smokes and he is seeing a patient and smelling
    patient get up walks out, dr. ask why patient
    sniff you stick and reap of cigarette smoke, and I thought I had problems.
