Let me say a big welcome to all of you for joining me here. I'm going to call these blog meetings Case's Column. I wanted to use "Corner", but that was already taken.
Since 2008, it's been a real privilege to come on here and share some of my life with you, and it's a big world where we live.
In these blogs, I'll just speak whatever is on my mind, but we will be playing within the rules here. I may pick a particular topic, point out an event, or shoot the breeze. I'm a little bit of an essayist at times, so I'll just speak what's on my mind, and I might tell a story or two. Or, I might spew out an opinion or three. There will be some serious moments, some tender, some poignant, but there will also be those moments that you'll just bust out laughing. But, hopefully, everything will be in good fun here. And, of course, there's a place below for your comments and thoughts as we go along here. So feel free to join me for the ride -- I sure as heck hope I'm doing this right and not making any mistakes.

Democrat Party To Shut Down? If They Keep Acting Like This, Then They Will
I don't need to elaborate much, since many educated, conservative, God-fearing, law-abiding Americans do their best to stay in the know about the things going on in their country. Yet, as things improve with our nation's economy, the state of our conscience is, well, you could say, shaky.
Malaise and strife, as much as we try to shake them away, still appear to be the orders of the day.
If you really want to find out what's happening with those who (1) hate America, (2) hate conservatives and conservatism, (3) hate people who are successful or who strive for it, and (4) probably hate themselves (though they might not admit it), then check out this link. The culture war America is experiencing is worse than any civil war could bring, but that's where we are. And this is a thing that could take many years to fix and to heal.

My two cents: Republicans didn't do anything to these so-called Democrats. The Democrats did it to themselves and are doing it to themselves. Conservatives aren't going around blowing up cars and buildings, shooting people, stabbing people, harassing other folks, and throwing soda in their faces. You see a contrast of differences in a deeply divided America.
Ladies and gentlemen, the day will come when there will be no more Democrats. There, also, will be no more Republicans. You're going to see two new political parties. The Democrat Party will likely just shut down (They have no money), and the Republican Party, in all probability, will split up. I don't know what the timetable is, but it's coming. Before the rapture, before Jesus comes back to take believers home, there's going to come a conservative resurgence to our land. Lives are being changed. The #WalkAway movement for Democrats is the best thing that's happened to America since a businessman named Donald Trump became elected to the presidency (Yes, leftists, he was elected!!!). Disillusioned, disenfranchised, and disenchanted Dems who choose not to side with the extremist, radical agenda are leaving the party in droves. Many are deciding to become conservatives. They are facing the same harassment and bullying that conservatives are getting. Still, things on one hand are looking up. Conservatives are bonding together as never before, thanks in no small part to President Trump. But even with a conservative renaissance and renewal, there are still going to be bad apples out there who want to take things away from you. Those people are mad because they can't control you. They're mad because they can't destroy you, try as they may. They're mad because they lost an election they didn't think they were supposed to lose, as if they were entitled to every victory. So, now, they resort to violence. So, now, they resort to lying, cheating, swindling, harassing, vandalizing, and murdering because they can't get their way with fellow Americans.
Folks, the left wing in this country is dealing itself a death blow. Why? Because they have nothing positive to offer. They have no message, other than taking things away from you and I, and that includes taking away our president. Rush Limbaugh sez it more brilliantly than I ever could.
In the meantime, just pray for peace in America.

More garbage from the Emmys (which, frankly, few watched) with the same predictable result. Have these Hollywooders learned any lessons? The American people are fed up with self-righteous, left-wing radicals who control Hollywood and much of our news media. We need a grass-roots effort to stop the left from controlling the mainstream. The Dems are just delaying and obstructing. Has their behavior throughout these (meaningless) hearings given anyone any reason to give them your vote in November? I'm still voting Republican even if Kavanaugh doesn't get confirmed in time.
