New Gallup poll, Obama goes down, yes down to 48 and McCain goes up to 43.
So much for the Obama bounce, I always thought the bounce was positive, guess not. In Obamas case he is going backwards.

The only numbers that matter are from the day after the election regardless of who is in the lead right now.

Gallup Daily: Obama 49%, McCain 43%

Obama is 49%, tied for his second highest lead. Highest lead was yesterday, but he dropped a point. Republican convention bounce/dip is probably not yet reflected in the moving average yet.

lol. People don't even read their own links. He is still ahead by 6% during the Republican convention.

Yes, I know. Perhaps it's a characteristic of republicans? It's thoroughness like the OP's that leads to things such as graduating at the bottom of your class, not vetting your VP pick, etc.
