closing threads - About the Forum - City-Data Forum

I think it's getting a little rediculous with the closing of threads... Why was the Walmart one closed or the 9/11? They were both good discussions threads...what difference does it make if some choose to argue the point? We're not allowed to argue? This is an adult site...so what gives? Does it all have to be peachy keen?

My Go East Young Lady thread was closed while I was on vacation and was about to post more about my move. Should I start a new thread or can I request it be re-opened?

Let's let sleeping dogs lay. You can open a new thread; however, let's not re-hash what was said in the old thread. Also, you might consider using the Other Topics thread that has plenty about illegal aliens and such.

But I'm not the one who keeps picking fights. My latest thread got shut down after Lifertexan pounced and now I am not allowed to respond. I only hope that he is being subjected to the same rule enforcement as I am.
